Chinese e-commerce and logistics enterprises are intensifying efforts to enhance delivery networks and construct logistics infrastructure in Europe.

Ochama, the European omnichannel retail brand of Chinese e-commerce giant JD, recently unveiled the extension of its home delivery services to 19 additional European countries, aiming to broaden its footprint on the continent.

Launched in the Netherlands in January 2022, Ochama now offers its services to clients in Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

By extending services to 19 additional countries, we are thrilled to offer more customers across Europe a seamless, customer-centric, and easy shopping experience right to their doorsteps.” says Any Li, Head of Delivery and Transportation at Ochama.

Ochama has also inaugurated four robotic shops in major cities across Europe, simultaneously establishing an array of external pickup points. This model of expansion was extended to Belgium and Germany, where next-day pickup options are now also accessible.

Currently, Ochama has over 500 pick-up points in Europe, is active in 24 European countries and operates a 20,000-square-meter automated warehouse in the Netherlands.
