The tunnel will be impassable from Saturday 6 April from 22:00 until Monday 8 April 2024 at 06:00.

As a reminder, another important tunnel on the Italian-French border will also be closed. The Mont Blanc tunnel will be inaccessible to traffic on nights from Monday 8 April for up to 10 weeks.

The Frejus Tunnel, on the other hand, has a number of dates scheduled for the coming month where shuttle traffic will be in force. This traffic organisation will be in place on all nights apart from the date of full closure and except for nights on Mondays, Wednesday 24 April, Thursday 25 April, and skipping Sundays 14, 21 and 28 April.

On the dates listed above, alternating traffic will be applied from 22:30 until 04.30 the following morning along the entire length of the tunnel to allow safety improvement works to be carried out according to the schedule below.
