53 seconds – that’s how much time it takes to set a container position with the new Broshuis container chassis, according to the manufacturers.
Almost everything works automatically – the driver only needs to set two switches – regulating the length and layout of the device. Then, the driver needs to start the vehicle so that the container chassis can be extended to the appropriate length.
Brohuis, which presented this solution at the IAA in Hannover, argues that the semi-trailer is suitable for „any type of container and swap body”.
